D-Vine Return Policy

At D-Vine, our mission is to provide you with clothing that makes you feel confident, stylish, and comfortable. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied for any reason, we offer a 14-day return policy. Read on for all the details on how to make your return as easy as possible.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please make sure the following criteria are met:

  • The item is unused and unworn—we want it to be in the same condition you received it in.
  • The item is still attached to its original tags.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase—either a receipt or order confirmation.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

How to Start a Return

Initiating a return is easy! Simply contact us at supports@d-vinestore.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • A brief explanation of why you would like to return the item (optional).

Once we receive your email, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions for returning your item. Please do not send items back to us before contacting us—items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We want you to love everything you order from D-Vine. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at supports@d-vinestore.com so we can address the issue right away.

When you reach out, please include:

  • A description of the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.).
  • Photos of the item if it’s damaged or defective.
  • Your order number and any relevant information.

We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While most items are eligible for return, some products cannot be returned due to health, safety, or legal reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, or monogrammed clothing).
  • Personal care items (like beauty products, if applicable).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items or clearance items (unless they are defective or damaged).
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest and most efficient way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. By doing so, you won’t have to wait for us to process your return before getting your new item.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll promptly process your refund, and you can reorder the new item through our website.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

As part of our commitment to serving customers in the European Union, we adhere to the EU's 14-day cooling off period. If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, no questions asked.

To return your item under this policy:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You may return the item for any reason, without justification.

Please note: The 14-day cooling off period only applies to online purchases from the EU and doesn’t apply to in-store purchases (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case D-Vine will cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus the shipping costs (if applicable). Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received your return, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return policy criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
